A dedicated logistics specialist will act as your concierge through the move process. They will consult with you by phone or video survey to ensure we understand budget, inventory, timing, and any concerns.
3. RECOMMENDATIONS
Your specialist will provide service options and pricing details for your consideration.
4. APPROVAL
Simply approve the service option you prefer and we'll get you scheduled for pickup.
5. OVERSIGHT
TSI's operations team will monitor progress of the move or shipment. We will communicate any updates or changes to you.
6. CLOSING THE LOOP
After delivery, we will touch base to ensure all expectations were met and that your items arrived safe and sound.
