I found TSI to be great coordinating the delivery. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were well priced and offered more amenities with their service; tracking of item, pick up and delivery by the moving company, available for questions, wrap/pack, carry, bring in house, unwrap, set up, and cart off trash. I was pleasantly surprised to have my items picked up a bit early. The timing and coordination of the pick up was exactly as described and worked without any problems. The delivery was EXACTLY on time to the day and the hour. The men were professional and friendly. My buffet was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend TSI.

I participated in the live chat online. The moving specialist was able to give me a quote very quickly. The price I received was extremely reasonable. By the end of the day I had a bill of lading. Pickup was the next business day and my items were delivered 2 days later.

Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

Cross Country Pick Up and Drop Off Made Simple
Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.
