My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. I was lucky enough to find TSI to handle the move. The clock was delivered in great condition, as promised. Well Priced and Simple to Set Up
Based on my first experience with TSI, I would use them a thousand times over! The process was incredibly easy from start to finish and the price unbeatable. My high end furniture arrived in pristine condition and a day early!

They ship my grandfather clock from MA to NC it took long to me. But over all everything was very good. They kept me informed, sale represent was patient and very nIce.

I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Cross Country with Ease
I found TSI to be great coordinating the delivery. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were well priced and offered more amenities with their service; tracking of item, pick up and delivery by the moving company, available for questions, wrap/pack, carry, bring in house, unwrap, set up, and cart off trash. I was pleasantly surprised to have my items picked up a bit early. The timing and coordination of the pick up was exactly as described and worked without any problems. The delivery was EXACTLY on time to the day and the hour. The men were professional and friendly. My buffet was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend TSI.
