When I needed to contact him off hours because I live abroad, I was responded to by him quickly or redirected and got my questions answered in a timely, informative and friendly way.

I could not have been happier all around. The company, TSI, was truly professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use the company again. It took about 3 1/2 weeks from initial phone call to delivery in my living room. I was in no rush so this suited me perfectly. A+ 10 Stars.

Very Trustworthy Shipping Company
I found TSI to be great coordinating the delivery. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were well priced and offered more amenities with their service; tracking of item, pick up and delivery by the moving company, available for questions, wrap/pack, carry, bring in house, unwrap, set up, and cart off trash. I was pleasantly surprised to have my items picked up a bit early. The timing and coordination of the pick up was exactly as described and worked without any problems. The delivery was EXACTLY on time to the day and the hour. The men were professional and friendly. My buffet was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend TSI.

Flawless Delivery Of Boxed Items
I work and live in two different states, so I needed to move personal effects, while keeping my home base intact. TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies. I was able to move all the things I wanted, at a fair price. Priceless!

Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building.
