TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Movers Took Extra Care
We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind. I will recommend this company to anybody who needs something transported across the country.

I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn. I very seldom fill out reviews, but because my experience was exceptional, I decided to write a review. TSI was efficient, on time with commitments, commutative and the furniture arrived w/o damage. Excellent service from the time I emailed for quote to the drop off. A rep contacted me the same day with a quote and after explaining my situation he recommended the white glove. The delivery crew were very professional, friendly and they were easy to work with in scheduling the drop off. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.
