They ship my grandfather clock from MA to NC it took long to me. But over all everything was very good. They kept me informed, sale represent was patient and very nIce.

I found TSI to be great coordinating the delivery. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were well priced and offered more amenities with their service; tracking of item, pick up and delivery by the moving company, available for questions, wrap/pack, carry, bring in house, unwrap, set up, and cart off trash. I was pleasantly surprised to have my items picked up a bit early. The timing and coordination of the pick up was exactly as described and worked without any problems. The delivery was EXACTLY on time to the day and the hour. The men were professional and friendly. My buffet was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend TSI.

Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!

Prompt Delivery with Attention to Detail
Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. I might mention the key got lost in the move; but my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. Very pleased with the entire move and I would use TSI again.

Tom my sales rep was exceptionally good I must have called them 6 times for different quotes or combinations of quotes. He was terrific and very attentive, kept all the details in order. The pickup time great and the overall delivery was a good bit of time period but for my application that didn't matter. The price is right, follow through by the team who picked up the equipment were all very good. I frankly didn't know there was a company out there that could do it turn key. 4 boxes and furniture delivery all with TSI. I'll remember this in the future if I move back to Illinois from Florida.
