Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. I contacted your company after several of the big name companies would not pickup, package and ship my wheelchair. TSI had no problems with handling it and even gave me a 10% discount on the price. Thanks so much to my moving specialist, it was a pleasure dealing with her and TSI.

Wheelchair Shipment
TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

Antique Chairs Arrived Just Fine
They did a great job getting a family grandfathers clock halfway across the country to my daughter. They kept me apprised of all logistics including crating, pick up, and delivery. I was impressed.

Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!
