Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. Would absolutely recommend their services and use them again.

TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. I was lucky enough to find TSI to handle the move. The clock was delivered in great condition, as promised. Well Priced and Simple to Set Up
Very satisfied with your company – from the first time we contacted it to the moment the furniture was delivered. The price was the best we found and the service was professional and customer satisfaction oriented. The arrival time for delivery was ONLY 30 minutes so although “late” not anything that was not reasonable or that ruined my day plans. Highly recommend this company.
