I had never used a shipping company to have an item picked up in another state and delivered to me at home. Everyone was helpful and kind and very patient, all of which I very much appreciated. The gentlemen who made the delivery were courteous and quick. All in all I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

TSI was wonderful helping me arrange the shipment of a bed I purchased on Ebay. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The furniture was wrapped and protected magnificently. I was very satisfied with the customer service. The moving consultant handled by requests and met my moving concerns in a patient, yet timely, and informative way. When I needed to contact him off hours because I live abroad, I was responded to by him quickly or redirected and got my questions answered in a timely, informative and friendly way.

Piano Move in Expert Fashion
Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.
