Great Communication
My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. Helpful Cross Country Vintage Rug Shipping
TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Very good communication with my moving consultant on the front end. He arranged for local vendor to pick up goods as my window for being in LA did not coincide with their regular crew. The local vendor held the goods until TSI’s crew picked them up. Goods arrived week of December 14th in good shape. Very nice guys who delivered goods.
