Movers Took Extra Care
Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.

TSI provided incredible service from start to finish. Carol took care of my call by providing exact information about the process, timing and cost. All were accurate and there were no surprises. Pickup was as promised and delivery was likewise as expected. Delivery men were helpful placing the items exactly where we wanted them. We were concerned about a piece of art that was shipped. No problem. it was boxed by the pickup service and delivered in perfect condition. Outstanding service.

We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. The pick-up men were professional and efficient – no nonsense and finished in less than 15 minutes. I am so pleased with every aspect of the process, and I will most certainly recommend TSI to anyone I encounter who needs shipping. Overall, I say “Bravo” to you.
