Items Arrived Perfectly
TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Move Went Perfectly
Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. The gentleman who picked up was efficient, professional, well-mannered, and prompt. The gentleman who dropped it off for my sister was equally the same, and she was thoroughly impressed with how helpful he was! I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!
