Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. The pickup was arranged and executed as planned. TSI wanted to deliver before we were at the receiving location but accommodated our request for a later date. We were impressed with the protective wrappings on the loveseat on arrival.

The price was the best we found and the service was professional and customer satisfaction oriented. Amazing Mattress and Box Spring Experience
Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.
