TSI was absolutely outstanding for my cross country, small move. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Only one plate was broken in the move (and I packed everything, so that was my responsibility). All boxes and one bundle were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend TSI.

My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. I was lucky enough to find TSI to handle the move. The clock was delivered in great condition, as promised. Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

I live in the Los Angeles suburbs, but I had to make arrangements to move my 85 year old sister from North Carolina to an Assisted Living Home here in LA. After doing some online research I contacted TSI and dealt with Steve Sergeant. Steve guided me through the process of the move, provided me with transportation and packing suggestions, and very fair $ estimates. He then assured me that my sister would be getting "White Glove Service" - and it was just that! Her belongings (furniture, delicate collectibles, clothing, lamps, framed pictures, etc) were delivered ahead of schedule in LA and in perfect condition. Furniture items had been professionally packed by the crew in North Carolina, and were delivered by an equally professional crew in LA. The entire experience with TSI exceeded my expectations. Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
