Everything was simple and done as agreed. Personnel I had contact with were pleasant and friendly. Delivery guys wanted to make sure we were pleased and everything was good before leaving. Very Happy With Transit Systems
I needed a (sentimental) rocking chair (35 lbs) moved from Baltimore MD to San Diego CA. The sales representative was responsive and informative throughout the transaction.
The movers picked up as scheduled. The movers contacted me within 2 weeks to pick the chair up. Booties and masks were worn when entering my home. I was told that the chair would arrive the first week of December. The chair arrived in San Diego as scheduled. The recipient was notified about 1 week prior with the delivery date. Again professionalism at the top of the scale.
