I sent some furniture and boxes across the country in December. They were ahead od schedule on both ends at a very busy time of the year. Customer service was great and items arrived in perfect condition.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.
