The price was the best we found and the service was professional and customer satisfaction oriented. The arrival time for delivery was ONLY 30 minutes so although “late” not anything that was not reasonable or that ruined my day plans. Highly recommend this company.

The gentlemen who dropped off the stuff were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, and courteous and went out of their way to help me deal with the shipment. I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.

Great Communication
Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job. What a relief to have my cousin say, from rural New York State, that our great-grandmother's bed arrived in perfect condition!
