Overall TSI was very responsive and frequently updated me on status of my shipment. The whole process was quite quick from initial pickup to final delivery. I felt like they took good care of my personal items. I priced a few other services and theirs looked like the best value.

WELL DONE. The TSI group explained the entire procedure of pick up and delivery. When I asked my long time UPS shipping guy if UPS could pick up and deliver a very important piece of furniture in Lexington, Va. and deliver to Knoxville, Tn., he said yes but I should absolutely use TSI. He was right.

TSI Provides a Quality Shipping Service
Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!

Taking Care of Our Tangible Memories
I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs. I could not be more happy and pleased that everything arrived in the same condition as they were when picked up. Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck.
