TSI was great. I was nervous because of previous bad experiences with other moving companies. I was sending a unique furniture set ( sofa and loveseat) to a family member. I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.

Our moving specialist over at TSI was such a great help. We had a couple of unexpected turns in our move and he helped us through every one of them. On the delivery and storage side, Student Movers did an absolutely fantastic job for delivery. Would highly recommend both and use again if needed!

TSI was absolutely outstanding for my cross country, small move. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Only one plate was broken in the move (and I packed everything, so that was my responsibility). All boxes and one bundle were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend TSI.

TSI was very professional, on time, made the process very simple and delivered my mom's piano to her in assisted living. She was thrilled to have the piano given to her by her father 70 years ago back in her possession, safe and sound. Great movers!
