Excellent in every category. Both pick up and delivery were as scheduled. Arrived on date expected. Notified of exact time the evening before. Guys were courteous and handled things carefully. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.

I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs. I could not be more happy and pleased that everything arrived in the same condition as they were when picked up. I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.

Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.
