The shipment took less time then I expected. The men who arrived where on time and super courteous. My mirror was cracked. No questions asked, they took it, repaired it and brought it back! Couldn't have asked for an easier transition.

Hands On Movers That Went The Extra Mile
TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

Very good communication with my moving consultant on the front end. He arranged for local vendor to pick up goods as my window for being in LA did not coincide with their regular crew. The local vendor held the goods until TSI’s crew picked them up. Goods arrived week of December 14th in good shape. Very nice guys who delivered goods.

Loved the service provided! My moving consultant was great!! Super positive experience to ship out deceased friend's belongings home to family from Colorado to Virginia! I work and live in two different states, so I needed to move personal effects, while keeping my home base intact. TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies. I was able to move all the things I wanted, at a fair price. Priceless!

TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape.
