I may have had a misunderstanding regarding pick up. I had it in my mind that the driver would help loading from the curb. The initial driver was 8 1/2 months pregnant and could lift nothing. So we had to reschedule for the next day when help could be arranged. However, the delivery was early and all goods were in good shape, so I'm happy.

Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!

Shipment Arrived Before Quoted Time!
I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn.
