Our whole experience with our move was outstanding. We were shipping to three different locations. The pickup was well executed and very professional. The deliveries were also handled very well. Nothing was damaged as everything was very well packed. Our overall experience with the company, starting from when I first set up the order to the final delivery, was excellent. Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.
