Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.

TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Great Service And Delivery
I am so pleased with the service I received from TSI. I shipped a unique sofa set to a family member in a different state. The care that was taken ( from the pick up to the delivery) ensured the set got to its destination in the pristine condition it was picked up. Thank you so much TSI!

I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job. What a relief to have my cousin say, from rural New York State, that our great-grandmother's bed arrived in perfect condition!

We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building.
