Everything was simple and done as agreed. Personnel I had contact with were pleasant and friendly. Delivery guys wanted to make sure we were pleased and everything was good before leaving. Being prior Military I've made many moves with many companies and this one shipment, although small, was the easiest and everyone was very polite and helpful. After Countless Moves, this One Left Me Impressed
This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. The people from the drivers to all the absolutely wonderful assistance throughout this entire project was above reproach. Flawless Delivery Of Boxed Items
Excellent customer service. Talked to the same person each time I called and was given updates regularly. They suggested methods of packaging which reduced costs on my end. Pick up was not troublesome at all. The driver was very friendly and explained how shipping was carried out. I would/will use TSI again.

Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
