I was very satisfied with my experience with TSI. They met my dates and timeframes for pick up and delivery. My furniture arrived with no problems. There are not many companies that will ship small quantities of furniture, I am pleased I found TSI.

Everything went smooth as silk. Pick and delivery was excellent. Nothing was damaged in any way, including very large pictures under glass. Highly recommend.

Picture Shipping with Care
From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for making that part of the move easy!!!

Have used you to ship from Ohio to Oakland … and now this order from Oakland to Sparks NV. Service keeps getting better. Chest that was made for me from friend was cradled in wrap and treated like glass. No problems .. and delivery was earlier than expected by 15 minutes. Thanks again.

Items Arrived Perfectly
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.
