They ship my grandfather clock from MA to NC it took long to me. But over all everything was very good. They kept me informed, sale represent was patient and very nIce.

Both teams of men did a fabulous job! We met one team in Colorado and about ten days later we met the other team in California. Voila! Cross Country Pick Up and Drop Off Made Simple
I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
