Shipped items arrived safe with no damage. That is the most important thing with shipping. Price was very good considering the weight, and the door to door service is excellent. I think the care was much better than Fedex.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
