Responsive with Great Service
We have used TSI for years and consider them part of our extended team. Most recently, they handled a 'white glove' transport for handmade furniture going cross-country. The recipient and our local customer were so pleased that our local customer has already given us a heads' up that he's making additional pieces to go cross-country AND internationally. We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Seamless Move
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.

My experience with TSI was an extremely good one. My consultant was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. My shipment was picked up early in the stated time frame and delivered early within the stated time frame. Everything was in good shape and the ‘white gloves’ delivery team did a great job with the re-assembly.

Working With TSI Was Wonderful
From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for making that part of the move easy!!!
