I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind. I will recommend this company to anybody who needs something transported across the country.

Excellent in every category. Both pick up and delivery were as scheduled. Arrived on date expected. Notified of exact time the evening before. Guys were courteous and handled things carefully. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.

Very Trustworthy Shipping Company
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

They arrived to pick up my furniture on time, delivered it on time to my new home and nothing was broken. The delivery men were courteous and took each piece to the correct room. I was quite pleased with TSI and would use them for my next move

They were quick to respond to questions and the table was delivered on time, in great shape, and the team set it up exactly where we requested. We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
