We recently had our parent's dining table and chairs shipped from CA to PA; TSI made the process so very easy. They were quick to respond to questions and the table was delivered on time, in great shape, and the team set it up exactly where we requested. We would absolutely use TSI again and in fact are repeat customers as we had shipped the same furniture from MD to CA 4 years ago. When we wanted it back, we knew exactly who to call!

I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.

TSI's movers showed up on the requested date, carefully wrapped our furniture and transported the furniture to its designation in another State at the requested timeframe we had asked for. The several items of furniture, including an antique solid cherry 6 foot poster bed, were carefully wrapped, unwrapped, delivered & reconstructed at the delivery address in perfect condition. We are very happy with TSI and would use them again.

Well Priced and Simple to Set Up
From the beginning, I was pleased with the process. Steve was very helpful and did a great job of answering my questions and making a realistic estimate of what the cost would be. I had a 100 year old antique china hutch moved from my home in CA. to my son's home in TX. It was an excellent coordination of packing, moving and arrival at the destination I have never seen before. I hope other antique owners pay attention to the quality provided by this company, if they don't, that's their loss. I definetly will call them again.

I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.
