From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly. TSI's movers showed up on the requested date, carefully wrapped our furniture and transported the furniture to its designation in another State at the requested timeframe we had asked for. The several items of furniture, including an antique solid cherry 6 foot poster bed, were carefully wrapped, unwrapped, delivered & reconstructed at the delivery address in perfect condition. We are very happy with TSI and would use them again.

TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job. What a relief to have my cousin say, from rural New York State, that our great-grandmother's bed arrived in perfect condition!

Great Customer Service!
I had never used a shipping company to have an item picked up in another state and delivered to me at home. Everyone was helpful and kind and very patient, all of which I very much appreciated. The gentlemen who made the delivery were courteous and quick. All in all I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!
