The shipment took less time then I expected. The men who arrived where on time and super courteous. My mirror was cracked. No questions asked, they took it, repaired it and brought it back! Couldn't have asked for an easier transition.

Hands On Movers That Went The Extra Mile
Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

Late Delivery, Good Service.
TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!

Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! My shipment was picked up early in the stated time frame and delivered early within the stated time frame.
