I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn. I very seldom fill out reviews, but because my experience was exceptional, I decided to write a review. TSI was efficient, on time with commitments, commutative and the furniture arrived w/o damage. I will use them again, if needed, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The gentlemen who dropped off the stuff were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, and courteous and went out of their way to help me deal with the shipment. I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs. I could not be more happy and pleased that everything arrived in the same condition as they were when picked up. Both the pickup and delivery people were very nice and accommodating; placing the furniture right where I needed it.

Excellent Service For Antiques
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
The gentlemen that delivered to my door-called and said they would be arriving shortly...(within 12 minutes) there they were!

Overall TSI was very responsive and frequently updated me on status of my shipment. The whole process was quite quick from initial pickup to final delivery. I felt like they took good care of my personal items. I priced a few other services and theirs looked like the best value.
