The shipment took less time then I expected. The men who arrived where on time and super courteous. My mirror was cracked. No questions asked, they took it, repaired it and brought it back! Couldn't have asked for an easier transition.

I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job. My shipment was picked up early in the stated time frame and delivered early within the stated time frame. Everything was in good shape and the ‘white gloves’ delivery team did a great job with the re-assembly.

Tom my sales rep was exceptionally good I must have called them 6 times for different quotes or combinations of quotes. He was terrific and very attentive, kept all the details in order. The pickup time great and the overall delivery was a good bit of time period but for my application that didn't matter. The price is right, follow through by the team who picked up the equipment were all very good. I frankly didn't know there was a company out there that could do it turn key. 4 boxes and furniture delivery all with TSI. I'll remember this in the future if I move back to Illinois from Florida. Overall you guys were terrific thanks Tom for being my point of contact.

Very Satisfied Move From IL to FL
My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. I was reluctant to spend so much but it was worth the money to have a precious family heirloom delivered right to my rural home. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks TSI!
