Great Communication
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

Our whole experience with our move was outstanding. We were shipping to three different locations. The pickup was well executed and very professional. The deliveries were also handled very well. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.
