Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

Fast and Friendly Shipping to MD
Everything was simple and done as agreed. Personnel I had contact with were pleasant and friendly. Delivery guys wanted to make sure we were pleased and everything was good before leaving. Being prior Military I've made many moves with many companies and this one shipment, although small, was the easiest and everyone was very polite and helpful. TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.
