Excellent service from the time I emailed for quote to the drop off. A rep contacted me the same day with a quote and after explaining my situation he recommended the white glove. The delivery crew were very professional, friendly and they were easy to work with in scheduling the drop off. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. TSI performed the task of moving a very heavy desk from a high-rise condo in Baltimore to a townhouse in New Jersey. The company executed the move on schedule, and exceeded my expectations. I cringed as I watched the movers carry the desk up to the third floor of the townhouse. The guys worked extremely hard in lifting the furniture. Carol Tract was very helpful through the initial contact, quote, set-up, and changes to the delivery. The pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. The pick up driver was friendly and courteous. I wasn't at the delivery but I was told it was delivered and safe.

Amazing Shipping and Smooth Delivery
I may have had a misunderstanding regarding pick up. I had it in my mind that the driver would help loading from the curb. The initial driver was 8 1/2 months pregnant and could lift nothing. So we had to reschedule for the next day when help could be arranged. However, the delivery was early and all goods were in good shape, so I'm happy.
