I had a 100 year old antique china hutch moved from my home in CA. to my son's home in TX. It was an excellent coordination of packing, moving and arrival at the destination I have never seen before. I hope other antique owners pay attention to the quality provided by this company, if they don't, that's their loss. I definetly will call them again.

Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

Fast and Friendly Shipping to MD
Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.
