Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Excellent service from the time I emailed for quote to the drop off. A rep contacted me the same day with a quote and after explaining my situation he recommended the white glove. I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.
