Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

TSI is Better Than a Self Move
I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Carol Tract was very helpful through the initial contact, quote, set-up, and changes to the delivery. The pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. The pick up driver was friendly and courteous. I wasn't at the delivery but I was told it was delivered and safe.
