TSI was responsive and very helpful in getting us through our first experience at shipping a grandfather clock that held an immense amount of sentimental value. the Company was also especially helpful to help us navigate getting the pickup date in between vacation dates. I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.
