Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. Excellent From Start to Finish
We have used TSI for years and consider them part of our extended team. Most recently, they handled a 'white glove' transport for handmade furniture going cross-country. The recipient and our local customer were so pleased that our local customer has already given us a heads' up that he's making additional pieces to go cross-country AND internationally. From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for making that part of the move easy!!!

TSI Kept Me Well Informed
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.
