Well priced with Superior Service
TSI was great. I was nervous because of previous bad experiences with other moving companies. I was sending a unique furniture set ( sofa and loveseat) to a family member. Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

The pick-up men were professional and efficient – no nonsense and finished in less than 15 minutes. Way To Go
I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.

Hands On Movers That Went The Extra Mile
Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
The gentlemen that delivered to my door-called and said they would be arriving shortly...(within 12 minutes) there they were!
