Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

The pickup was arranged and executed as planned. TSI wanted to deliver before we were at the receiving location but accommodated our request for a later date. We were impressed with the protective wrappings on the loveseat on arrival.

I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind. I will recommend this company to anybody who needs something transported across the country.

I had a 100 year old antique china hutch moved from my home in CA. to my son's home in TX. It was an excellent coordination of packing, moving and arrival at the destination I have never seen before. Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

Both teams of men did a fabulous job! We met one team in Colorado and about ten days later we met the other team in California. Voila! Our furniture and other items had been driven over the mountain for us! Fabulous! It felt almost like magic! Many thanks to the hard-working people who made this all happen!

Carol Tract was very helpful through the initial contact, quote, set-up, and changes to the delivery. The pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. The pick up driver was friendly and courteous. I wasn't at the delivery but I was told it was delivered and safe.
