Carol Tract was very helpful through the initial contact, quote, set-up, and changes to the delivery. The pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. The pick up driver was friendly and courteous. I wasn't at the delivery but I was told it was delivered and safe.

Excellent customer service. Talked to the same person each time I called and was given updates regularly. They suggested methods of packaging which reduced costs on my end.
