We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Responsive Service
Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

Late Delivery, Good Service.
Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
The gentlemen that delivered to my door-called and said they would be arriving shortly...(within 12 minutes) there they were!
