Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. Would absolutely recommend their services and use them again.

Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. I was lucky enough to find TSI to handle the move. The clock was delivered in great condition, as promised. Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.

TSI was absolutely outstanding for my cross country, small move. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Only one plate was broken in the move (and I packed everything, so that was my responsibility). All boxes and one bundle were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend TSI.

Professional and Courteous Service to Florida
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.
