My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. Small Move from NY to CA
I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.
