This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. The people from the drivers to all the absolutely wonderful assistance throughout this entire project was above reproach. I checked around for the best possible price and checked reviews and TSI came in first. Excellent in every category. Both pick up and delivery were as scheduled. Arrived on date expected. Notified of exact time the evening before. Guys were courteous and handled things carefully. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.
