Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Professionals From Start to Finish
I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.

WELL DONE. The TSI group explained the entire procedure of pick up and delivery. When I asked my long time UPS shipping guy if UPS could pick up and deliver a very important piece of furniture in Lexington, Va. and deliver to Knoxville, Tn., he said yes but I should absolutely use TSI. He was right.
