Small Move from NY to CA
TSI was responsive and very helpful in getting us through our first experience at shipping a grandfather clock that held an immense amount of sentimental value. the Company was also especially helpful to help us navigate getting the pickup date in between vacation dates. Excellent in every category. Both pick up and delivery were as scheduled. Arrived on date expected. Notified of exact time the evening before. Guys were courteous and handled things carefully. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.

I had never used a shipping company to have an item picked up in another state and delivered to me at home. Everyone was helpful and kind and very patient, all of which I very much appreciated. Punctual Pick-up
TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!

Shipment Arrived Before Quoted Time!
We had a good experience moving valuable dishes from NJ to TN with TSI. The window of time they gave us for delivery extended to the end of January. We were delighted that the delivery was a few days before Christmas for china and Christmas dishes! The white glove service worked well.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck.
