Wheelchair Shipment
TSI was very professional, on time, made the process very simple and delivered my mom's piano to her in assisted living. She was thrilled to have the piano given to her by her father 70 years ago back in her possession, safe and sound. Great movers!

No Disappointment
Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.

This is the 2nd time I have used TSI to ship family heirlooms across the country. Professional, easy and friendly to work with setting up transporting a treasured family heirloom across the country. Great communication. Wrapped and packaged trunk with care and with many layers of padding. The recipient was pleased with the delivery, unpacking and placement of the trunk.

The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later.
