Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!
