The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies.
