I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn. I very seldom fill out reviews, but because my experience was exceptional, I decided to write a review. TSI was efficient, on time with commitments, commutative and the furniture arrived w/o damage. I will use them again, if needed, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

My experience with TSI was an extremely good one. My consultant was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. My shipment was picked up early in the stated time frame and delivered early within the stated time frame. TSI is a Great Company
Excellent customer service. Talked to the same person each time I called and was given updates regularly. They suggested methods of packaging which reduced costs on my end. Pick up was not troublesome at all. The driver was very friendly and explained how shipping was carried out. I would/will use TSI again.
