Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. TSI Provides a Quality Shipping Service
Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.
