The price was the best we found and the service was professional and customer satisfaction oriented. The arrival time for delivery was ONLY 30 minutes so although “late” not anything that was not reasonable or that ruined my day plans. Highly recommend this company.

TSI performed the task of moving a very heavy desk from a high-rise condo in Baltimore to a townhouse in New Jersey. The company executed the move on schedule, and exceeded my expectations. I cringed as I watched the movers carry the desk up to the third floor of the townhouse. The guys worked extremely hard in lifting the furniture. Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. No Disappointment
Shipped items arrived safe with no damage. That is the most important thing with shipping. Price was very good considering the weight, and the door to door service is excellent. I think the care was much better than Fedex.
