Kind with My Furniture
My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. I was reluctant to spend so much but it was worth the money to have a precious family heirloom delivered right to my rural home. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks TSI!

Heirloom Arrived Earlier Then Expected
Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. I sent some furniture and boxes across the country in December. They were ahead od schedule on both ends at a very busy time of the year. Customer service was great and items arrived in perfect condition.

Furniture And Boxes Shipped Easily
Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

Helpful Cross Country Vintage Rug Shipping
I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Clean and Friendly Customer Service for My Grandfather Clock
Both teams of men did a fabulous job! We met one team in Colorado and about ten days later we met the other team in California. Voila! Our furniture and other items had been driven over the mountain for us! Fabulous! It felt almost like magic! Many thanks to the hard-working people who made this all happen!
