Excellent service from the time I emailed for quote to the drop off. A rep contacted me the same day with a quote and after explaining my situation he recommended the white glove. The delivery crew were very professional, friendly and they were easy to work with in scheduling the drop off. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

Very satisfied with your company – from the first time we contacted it to the moment the furniture was delivered. The price was the best we found and the service was professional and customer satisfaction oriented. The arrival time for delivery was ONLY 30 minutes so although “late” not anything that was not reasonable or that ruined my day plans. Highly recommend this company.

My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. I was reluctant to spend so much but it was worth the money to have a precious family heirloom delivered right to my rural home. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks TSI!

Heirloom Arrived Earlier Then Expected
TSI was very professional, on time, made the process very simple and delivered my mom's piano to her in assisted living. She was thrilled to have the piano given to her by her father 70 years ago back in her possession, safe and sound. Great movers!

Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.
