Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.

Wheelchair Shipment
I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind. Picture Shipping with Care
