I was worried about using a service like this, as you can read crazy things on the internet, but she told me she had been with the company 20+ years, and any question I asked her she was very educated and explained things clearly to me. Shipped items arrived safe with no damage. That is the most important thing with shipping. Price was very good considering the weight, and the door to door service is excellent. I think the care was much better than Fedex.

Safe and No Damage
TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

Amazingly Helpful Staff
Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Job well done all around.

Great Job, Worked Around a Timing Issue On My End
Tom my sales rep was exceptionally good I must have called them 6 times for different quotes or combinations of quotes. He was terrific and very attentive, kept all the details in order. The pickup time great and the overall delivery was a good bit of time period but for my application that didn't matter. The price is right, follow through by the team who picked up the equipment were all very good. I frankly didn't know there was a company out there that could do it turn key. 4 boxes and furniture delivery all with TSI. I'll remember this in the future if I move back to Illinois from Florida. Overall you guys were terrific thanks Tom for being my point of contact.
