No Disappointment
TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.
