I sent some furniture and boxes across the country in December. They were ahead od schedule on both ends at a very busy time of the year. Customer service was great and items arrived in perfect condition.

Furniture And Boxes Shipped Easily
TSI was responsive and very helpful in getting us through our first experience at shipping a grandfather clock that held an immense amount of sentimental value. the Company was also especially helpful to help us navigate getting the pickup date in between vacation dates. Thank you for getting the clock to our family who live in another state. When I need to ship things in the future I will be using TSI.

Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

After a bad experience with another mover, I reached out to TSI. I was provided with a quote and one contact person addressed my questions. I always discounted buying large furniture that I couldn’t transport myself over a long distance. TSI made it so easy and every one that I dealt with was nice. Delivery people said they would deliver within a 2 hour specified period and they did. A great experience.

TSI Made Shipping Easy
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Great Service And Delivery
We had a good experience moving valuable dishes from NJ to TN with TSI. The window of time they gave us for delivery extended to the end of January. We were delighted that the delivery was a few days before Christmas for china and Christmas dishes! The white glove service worked well.

WELL DONE. The TSI group explained the entire procedure of pick up and delivery. When I asked my long time UPS shipping guy if UPS could pick up and deliver a very important piece of furniture in Lexington, Va. and deliver to Knoxville, Tn., he said yes but I should absolutely use TSI. He was right.
