I used this company many years ago for an eBay purchased dining table and am pleased that they are still a reliable and excellent company. This time I purchased a library card catalog in Chicago that needed to get to me in Santa Monica. The booking process is easy and informative. The follow-ups and updates are good and best of all the delivery guys were polite, professional and considerate. Use them with confidence.

Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Excellent customer service in a segment of the industry that has earned a terrible reputation. Professional treatment from the first contact to this survey. Adaptive and Prompt Shipment
I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn. Great Shipping to Maryland
Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!
