TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Well Priced and Simple to Set Up
The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Excellent customer service in a segment of the industry that has earned a terrible reputation. Professional treatment from the first contact to this survey. You provided considerable value for dollars spent.

Only 4 of the 6 items were delivered on the initial scheduled date. It took almost a week to locate and reschedule a delivery for the missed items, arriving 12 days after the original date. Overall, I'd rate TSI 8 out of 10!

The gentleman who picked up was efficient, professional, well-mannered, and prompt. The gentleman who dropped it off for my sister was equally the same, and she was thoroughly impressed with how helpful he was! This was a special delivery to help my sister's family out, and I am eternally grateful it was managed with the same white gloves as if I did it personally.

Loved the service provided! My moving consultant was great!! Super positive experience to ship out deceased friend's belongings home to family from Colorado to Virginia! From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly. TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.
