Cross Country with Ease
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Great Service And Delivery
Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.

Shipped items arrived safe with no damage. That is the most important thing with shipping. Price was very good considering the weight, and the door to door service is excellent. I think the care was much better than Fedex.

From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly. The gentleman who picked up was efficient, professional, well-mannered, and prompt. The gentleman who dropped it off for my sister was equally the same, and she was thoroughly impressed with how helpful he was! Outstanding Service to My Sister!
TSI's movers showed up on the requested date, carefully wrapped our furniture and transported the furniture to its designation in another State at the requested timeframe we had asked for. The several items of furniture, including an antique solid cherry 6 foot poster bed, were carefully wrapped, unwrapped, delivered & reconstructed at the delivery address in perfect condition. We are very happy with TSI and would use them again.
