I was very satisfied with my experience with TSI. They met my dates and timeframes for pick up and delivery. My furniture arrived with no problems. There are not many companies that will ship small quantities of furniture, I am pleased I found TSI.

Ship Small Quantities with TSI
I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Clean and Friendly Customer Service for My Grandfather Clock
TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Job well done all around.

From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly. Great service with all that were involved
I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.

We recently had our parent's dining table and chairs shipped from CA to PA; TSI made the process so very easy. They were quick to respond to questions and the table was delivered on time, in great shape, and the team set it up exactly where we requested. We would absolutely use TSI again and in fact are repeat customers as we had shipped the same furniture from MD to CA 4 years ago. When we wanted it back, we knew exactly who to call!
