My sales rep was wonderful, patient, and incredibly responsive during the whole scheduling process. The gentlemen who dropped off the stuff were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, and courteous and went out of their way to help me deal with the shipment. Movers Took Extra Care
Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.

After Countless Moves, this One Left Me Impressed
We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Excellent customer service in a segment of the industry that has earned a terrible reputation. Professional treatment from the first contact to this survey. From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly.
