Great Price & Great Service
I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Wheelchair Shipment
TSI performed the task of moving a very heavy desk from a high-rise condo in Baltimore to a townhouse in New Jersey. The company executed the move on schedule, and exceeded my expectations. I cringed as I watched the movers carry the desk up to the third floor of the townhouse. The guys worked extremely hard in lifting the furniture. Hands On Movers That Went The Extra Mile
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

WELL DONE. The TSI group explained the entire procedure of pick up and delivery. When I asked my long time UPS shipping guy if UPS could pick up and deliver a very important piece of furniture in Lexington, Va. and deliver to Knoxville, Tn., he said yes but I should absolutely use TSI. He was right.
