I sent some furniture and boxes across the country in December. They were ahead od schedule on both ends at a very busy time of the year. Customer service was great and items arrived in perfect condition.

Furniture And Boxes Shipped Easily
TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

Everything was simple and done as agreed. Personnel I had contact with were pleasant and friendly. Delivery guys wanted to make sure we were pleased and everything was good before leaving. Being prior Military I've made many moves with many companies and this one shipment, although small, was the easiest and everyone was very polite and helpful. Great Price & Great Service
TSI's movers showed up on the requested date, carefully wrapped our furniture and transported the furniture to its designation in another State at the requested timeframe we had asked for. The several items of furniture, including an antique solid cherry 6 foot poster bed, were carefully wrapped, unwrapped, delivered & reconstructed at the delivery address in perfect condition. We are very happy with TSI and would use them again.

Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. I might mention the key got lost in the move; but my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. Very pleased with the entire move and I would use TSI again.
