Way To Go
I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.

Small Move from NY to CA
TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Carol Tract was very helpful through the initial contact, quote, set-up, and changes to the delivery. The pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. The pick up driver was friendly and courteous. I wasn't at the delivery but I was told it was delivered and safe.

Amazing Shipping and Smooth Delivery
My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves.
