Responsive Service
TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!

I work and live in two different states, so I needed to move personal effects, while keeping my home base intact. TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies. Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.

TSI Provides a Quality Shipping Service
I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.
