I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind. Attention to Detail for My Grandfather Clock
I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

TSI is a Great Company
I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.
