I shipped two large couches from Southern California to Northern California. They were picked up as scheduled, nicely wrapped for shipping, and delivered in a timely fashion. When they arrived, they were unwrapped, put in place and all of the wrapping was removed. Flawless, professional and extremely reasonable - a terrific company!

Overall TSI was very responsive and frequently updated me on status of my shipment. The whole process was quite quick from initial pickup to final delivery. I felt like they took good care of my personal items. I priced a few other services and theirs looked like the best value.

Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building.
