From the beginning, I was pleased with the process. Steve was very helpful and did a great job of answering my questions and making a realistic estimate of what the cost would be. I was very impressed with the efficiency and care taken with the packing and loading of the furniture and china. Everything was delivered and unloaded very carefully. I highly recommend TSI. Tom my sales rep was exceptionally good I must have called them 6 times for different quotes or combinations of quotes. He was terrific and very attentive, kept all the details in order. The pickup time great and the overall delivery was a good bit of time period but for my application that didn't matter. The price is right, follow through by the team who picked up the equipment were all very good. I frankly didn't know there was a company out there that could do it turn key. 4 boxes and furniture delivery all with TSI. I'll remember this in the future if I move back to Illinois from Florida. Overall you guys were terrific thanks Tom for being my point of contact.
