I had never used a shipping company to have an item picked up in another state and delivered to me at home. Everyone was helpful and kind and very patient, all of which I very much appreciated. Punctual Pick-up
I had a 100 year old antique china hutch moved from my home in CA. to my son's home in TX. It was an excellent coordination of packing, moving and arrival at the destination I have never seen before. I hope other antique owners pay attention to the quality provided by this company, if they don't, that's their loss. I definetly will call them again.

Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck.
