TSI provided incredible service from start to finish. Carol took care of my call by providing exact information about the process, timing and cost. All were accurate and there were no surprises. Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
