We were shipping 5 pieces of furniture (a couple of which were antiques) and 10 boxes from Houston, Texas to Durango, Colorado. Didn’t want to spend a fortune and didn’t have any strict time restraints. I chose TSI because they specialized in small moves. They gave me a quote online. We did not schedule the move until 6 months later at which time they asked for more precise measurements. The quoted price remained the same. Their guys were extremely careful and wrapped every piece of furniture so well that I thought there was no way they could get damaged. Although they will only guarantee to give you a call the day before delivery, they actually started alerting me about a week before as to delivery date. They unpacked everything as well as they had packed it and even placed and replaced furniture in the new house for me. Nothing was damaged! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service from the time I emailed for quote to the drop off. A rep contacted me the same day with a quote and after explaining my situation he recommended the white glove. The delivery crew were very professional, friendly and they were easy to work with in scheduling the drop off. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.
