My sales rep was wonderful, patient, and incredibly responsive during the whole scheduling process. The gentlemen who dropped off the stuff were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, and courteous and went out of their way to help me deal with the shipment. I was extremely happy with my experience with TSI, moving an armoire and nightstand from northwest suburban Chicago to Rochester, Minn. I very seldom fill out reviews, but because my experience was exceptional, I decided to write a review. TSI was efficient, on time with commitments, commutative and the furniture arrived w/o damage. My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC.
