No packing or unpacking mess
Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.

I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs.
