TSI operates in the shipping niche of small loads, which is not easy to find. The customer service in planning is very good. The pick up and delivery of the item were as represented. It arrived in good condition. My only thought is that the price for shipping the item was high, though not as high as some competitors. I would use TSI again.

I had a 100 year old antique china hutch moved from my home in CA. to my son's home in TX. It was an excellent coordination of packing, moving and arrival at the destination I have never seen before. I hope other antique owners pay attention to the quality provided by this company, if they don't, that's their loss. I definetly will call them again.
