TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape. Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.
