The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Adaptive and Prompt Shipment
Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

Fast and Friendly Shipping to MD
Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. TSI provided incredible service from start to finish. Carol took care of my call by providing exact information about the process, timing and cost. All were accurate and there were no surprises. Pickup was as promised and delivery was likewise as expected. Delivery men were helpful placing the items exactly where we wanted them. We were concerned about a piece of art that was shipped. No problem. it was boxed by the pickup service and delivered in perfect condition. Outstanding service.
