We had a good experience moving valuable dishes from NJ to TN with TSI. The window of time they gave us for delivery extended to the end of January. We were delighted that the delivery was a few days before Christmas for china and Christmas dishes! The white glove service worked well.

The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Excellent service-I was so happy to see my great grandfathers jelly cupboard. It was totally protected and wrapped. Perfect condition during the shipment. If I had any concerns, I would reach out and I was kept up to date.
The gentlemen that delivered to my door-called and said they would be arriving shortly...(within 12 minutes) there they were!
