Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

Move Went Perfectly
TSI was great. I was nervous because of previous bad experiences with other moving companies. I was sending a unique furniture set ( sofa and loveseat) to a family member. Everything went very smoothly and my items arrived unscathed. The delivery person who came to the destination drop off even worked around the fact that I couldn't meet him at the originally expected time due to my serious reaction to a bee sting...I had to go to the emergency room! Job well done all around.

From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off.
