Our moving specialist over at TSI was such a great help. We had a couple of unexpected turns in our move and he helped us through every one of them. On the delivery and storage side, Student Movers did an absolutely fantastic job for delivery. Would highly recommend both and use again if needed!

Items Arrived Perfectly
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Great Service And Delivery
From the beginning, I was pleased with the process. Steve was very helpful and did a great job of answering my questions and making a realistic estimate of what the cost would be. I was very impressed with the efficiency and care taken with the packing and loading of the furniture and china. Everything was delivered and unloaded very carefully. I highly recommend TSI. Shipped my Rug Across the Country
I had a short move from
UT to CA, easily able to schedule pick up and drop off times. Staff in both cities were professional and directly brought items into my new home. No damage to property and totally stress free for myself.

I had two family heirlooms I needed shipped from Massachusetts to Wisconsin. A cedar chest and six foot framed embroidery. I called four shipping companies. TSI was the only one to call me back, and did so within 24-48 hours at each step of the way, and they were overloaded with work at the time. They packed the items very well and they arrived in good condition. The only ding, (4 stars instead of 5), is that they said they'd call before pickup and drop off (coordinator gave a couple day window for each) and they didn't. They just showed up. Not a big issue this year cause we WFH at both ends right now during pandemic. And to be fair, the pickup and drop off folks are third party contactors. Overall, they're a bit pricey, but your items will be taken care of.
