My delivery was sent much earlier than expected, which was great and I loved that they packaged everything up safely and securely. I thought the price for the service and transit of the furniture piece was very competitive. I am happy that I went with TSI.

The pick-up was a few weeks outside of the estimated 15 days. That was fine, When I contacted Philip Trendler, it was resolved and shipment was picked up a few days later. Amazing Mattress and Box Spring Experience
TSI was very professional, on time, made the process very simple and delivered my mom's piano to her in assisted living. She was thrilled to have the piano given to her by her father 70 years ago back in her possession, safe and sound. Great movers!

TSI did a great job shipping my oriental rugs across the country on short notice. They handled a difficult customer very professionally. They were able to arrange pick up of the rugs from a small-town location in NY and the items arrived in CA when they said they would with no problems. Initially, I was concerned about some of the reviews but then I realized that many logistics companies had problems during COVID. The items were packed very well and arrived in good shape.
