This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. The people from the drivers to all the absolutely wonderful assistance throughout this entire project was above reproach. I checked around for the best possible price and checked reviews and TSI came in first. Small Move from NY to CA
I work and live in two different states, so I needed to move personal effects, while keeping my home base intact. TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies. I was able to move all the things I wanted, at a fair price. Priceless!

TSI was great. I was nervous because of previous bad experiences with other moving companies. I was sending a unique furniture set ( sofa and loveseat) to a family member. Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Delivery was courteous and helpful in placing the items where my wife wanted them. Having never used a service like this, I was a bit skeptical. I was very wrong! Highly recommend Transit Systems.
