This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. The people from the drivers to all the absolutely wonderful assistance throughout this entire project was above reproach. Everything went smoothly. My parents, who were at the pick-up location, had to do nothing more than give access to the buildings where the furniture was stored. The movers did everything. They were efficient and professional. The delivery was equally smooth. This was so much better than trying to do a self-move. Great experience!

TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

Item Arrived in Perfect Condition
Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. I might mention the key got lost in the move; but my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. Very pleased with the entire move and I would use TSI again.

From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for making that part of the move easy!!!
