I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs. I could not be more happy and pleased that everything arrived in the same condition as they were when picked up. Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

I needed a (sentimental) rocking chair (35 lbs) moved from Baltimore MD to San Diego CA. The sales representative was responsive and informative throughout the transaction.
The movers picked up as scheduled. The movers contacted me within 2 weeks to pick the chair up. Booties and masks were worn when entering my home. I was told that the chair would arrive the first week of December. The chair arrived in San Diego as scheduled. The recipient was notified about 1 week prior with the delivery date. Again professionalism at the top of the scale.
