Piano Move in Expert Fashion
Excellent customer service. Talked to the same person each time I called and was given updates regularly. They suggested methods of packaging which reduced costs on my end. Pick up was not troublesome at all. The driver was very friendly and explained how shipping was carried out. I would/will use TSI again.

Responsive Service
Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!

Items Arrived Perfectly
I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.
