The two gentlemen who picked up and delivered my shipment were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job. TSI does exactly what they say they will do. Masters at Shipping
Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!

Excellent in every category. Both pick up and delivery were as scheduled. Arrived on date expected. Notified of exact time the evening before. Guys were courteous and handled things carefully. No damages whatsoever! During delivery, guys took furniture up 16 steps and set it up. Even antique mirror was perfect on arrival.

Excellent service from start to finish. Placing the order with Carol T**** was not only efficient, but an enjoyable experience. Seem like it would be hard to believe, but unit is true. Carol explained the process and pricing. Everything she said happened almost to the day. Pick up and packing were as expected. Kind Service with Care to New Jersey
My father recently passed away and left me the antique grandfather clock that belonged to his Grandparents. I needed someone to move this precious cargo from VA to NC. I was lucky enough to find TSI to handle the move. The clock was delivered in great condition, as promised. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. Excellent From Start to Finish
From the start TSI was so helpful in moving a few furniture pieces, a very fragile curio cabinet, a couple paintings and 20+ small/medium boxes from MN to FL. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded on the truck to be transported at the scheduled time. Communication was spot on, at the time of pick up, when the item were on a truck to FL and drop off. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for making that part of the move easy!!!
