My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. I was reluctant to spend so much but it was worth the money to have a precious family heirloom delivered right to my rural home. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks TSI!

Heirloom Arrived Earlier Then Expected
Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. I have already made 2 referrals of friends who need your services. The moving consultant in Pennsylvania was a ’15’ out of ’10’. The men who brought my things were excellent. Only request would be to have more notice of the delivery. Thank you SO very much. Great job.

Customer Service was a 15 out of 10
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Extremely happy that my Grandmother’s antique chest was picked up and delivered safely. It was wrapped very well and handled with care.
