Both teams of men did a fabulous job! We met one team in Colorado and about ten days later we met the other team in California. Voila! Our furniture and other items had been driven over the mountain for us! Fabulous! It felt almost like magic! Many thanks to the hard-working people who made this all happen!

Stress Free Antique Moving
From the sales department to the final destination delivery people, every person was professional, helpful and kind. I got consistent email updates during transit (my item was delivered from IA to CO), and when it came to pickup and delivery windows, my updates were hourly. Shipped a lot of Valuable China Across the Country Flawlessly
I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Great Service And Delivery
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. The people from the drivers to all the absolutely wonderful assistance throughout this entire project was above reproach. I checked around for the best possible price and checked reviews and TSI came in first. Stellar Service with Special Care!!!
Have used TSI a few times. What a wonderful concept to get any item from anywhere in the country. I have found unique furniture on ebay and TSI is the only way to get it delivered. You have to wait a couple weeks or so until they accumulate all the "small moves" and get it to you, but it is worth the wait in order to own fabulous finds. It is considered "white glove service", so they do all the packing/unpacking on both ends. Phone reps who took order always friendly, available and helpful. Delivery guys pleasant and professional.

Our whole experience with our move was outstanding. We were shipping to three different locations. The pickup was well executed and very professional. The deliveries were also handled very well. Nothing was damaged as everything was very well packed. Our overall experience with the company, starting from when I first set up the order to the final delivery, was excellent. My original contact within the company, Kathy, was exceptionally helpful and cordial, I would recommend the company to anyone needing moving help.
