Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. TSI was wonderful helping me arrange the shipment of a bed I purchased on Ebay. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The furniture was wrapped and protected magnificently. Furniture Wrapped & Protected Magnificently
Engaging a shipping company to transport several furniture pieces from Washington state to Vermont and South Carolina turned out to be much more challenging than we anticipated given all the transportation issues caused by Covid and the fact that we were only shipping a total of four pieces.
We found TSI online and decided to make one shipment of two pieces and, if all went well, we would then arrange for a second shipment.
The TSI representative (Kathy Templeton) was responsive, knowledgeable and capable. The furniture pieces were well wrapped at pick-up, delivered in the same shape as when they left our home and within the expected time frame.

TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

TSI is a Great Company
TSI had lowest cost for my cross country shipment of 2 antique pieces of furniture. I was a little skeptical, but very happy with end results. They wrapped the large secretary, taking extra care with the glass doors. Pick up was quick and efficient. They estimated 15-20 days for delivery, but shipment arrived in 12 days, both pieces in tact. Very satisfied customer!

Shipment Arrived Before Quoted Time!
This is one survey I was really hoping to receive. When I saw the care that was taken to preserve my items during shipment I was over the moon. Stellar Service with Special Care!!!
I needed to ship an antique dresser from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It was an old, fragile piece that had more sentimental than actual value. They packed it carefully and took a great deal of care when moving it. In the midst of the shipping period, the recipient had to leave the country unexpectedly without a definite return date. TSI stored the piece and delivered it within days of the recipient's return. The communication was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me their direct phone numbers and responded right away when i contacted them. I would highly recommend them.
