Shipped my Rug Across the Country
I may have had a misunderstanding regarding pick up. I had it in my mind that the driver would help loading from the curb. The initial driver was 8 1/2 months pregnant and could lift nothing. So we had to reschedule for the next day when help could be arranged. However, the delivery was early and all goods were in good shape, so I'm happy.

Shipped a lot of Valuable China Across the Country Flawlessly
Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.

Okay I am probably a very serious person to judge this company since I am a LTL OTR trucker with a 100% pick up and delivery record and most company’s have very few drivers who can be in 1% club of trucking, but TSI's in the 1% club and delivers my standard of service and I am very glad I picked them and will always use this service when I cannot move anything on my own truck. Thanks!!!

Transit Systems is in the 1% Club
TSI's movers showed up on the requested date, carefully wrapped our furniture and transported the furniture to its designation in another State at the requested timeframe we had asked for. The several items of furniture, including an antique solid cherry 6 foot poster bed, were carefully wrapped, unwrapped, delivered & reconstructed at the delivery address in perfect condition. We are very happy with TSI and would use them again.

I found TSI to be great coordinating the delivery. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were well priced and offered more amenities with their service; tracking of item, pick up and delivery by the moving company, available for questions, wrap/pack, carry, bring in house, unwrap, set up, and cart off trash. I was pleasantly surprised to have my items picked up a bit early. The timing and coordination of the pick up was exactly as described and worked without any problems. The delivery was EXACTLY on time to the day and the hour. The men were professional and friendly. My buffet was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend TSI.
