I may have had a misunderstanding regarding pick up. I had it in my mind that the driver would help loading from the curb. The initial driver was 8 1/2 months pregnant and could lift nothing. So we had to reschedule for the next day when help could be arranged. However, the delivery was early and all goods were in good shape, so I'm happy.

No Disappointment
Items were picked up slightly ahead of the quoted schedule, but otherwise was easy to arrange and the furniture was handled with care. Everything arrived in original condition and they called a few times before delivery to give the day of arrival and then a more narrow time window to expect them to drop off.

The gentleman who picked up was efficient, professional, well-mannered, and prompt. The gentleman who dropped it off for my sister was equally the same, and she was thoroughly impressed with how helpful he was!
