Second Time Using TSI
My item arrived much sooner than I expected (on a Sunday in fact). The item was well protected and undamaged upon arrival. The delivery crew was kind and respectful (charming, really). They brought my item in, placed it exactly where I wanted it and unpackaged it themselves. I was reluctant to spend so much but it was worth the money to have a precious family heirloom delivered right to my rural home. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks TSI!

Customer service at TSI was excellent. I was very comfortable with the rep and all the information he shared with me about the process. I could not have been more pleased. The men who picked my furniture up were just amazing. I wanted to adopt them. April was an absolute god send. My furniture delivery was available before I got to Maryland, but that was no problem for April. The gentlemen who dropped off my furniture were equally wonderful. I was confused about my bed set up but they were very patient and reassuring. Thank you for a great experience.

Fast and Friendly Shipping to MD
Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite.
