My Grandfather Clock arrived in perfect shape. The guys who moved it, placed it, hung the pendulum and weights (which I didn't expect). All I had to do was set the time. It's been keeping perfect time since.

WELL DONE. The TSI group explained the entire procedure of pick up and delivery. When I asked my long time UPS shipping guy if UPS could pick up and deliver a very important piece of furniture in Lexington, Va. and deliver to Knoxville, Tn., he said yes but I should absolutely use TSI.
