My sales rep was wonderful, patient, and incredibly responsive during the whole scheduling process. The gentlemen who dropped off the stuff were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, and courteous and went out of their way to help me deal with the shipment. This was an excellent process and I would highly recommend TSI.

I scheduled pick up for my grandfather clock in California and they arrived on time. After carefully loading my clock into the van, they took it to the shop for crating and from there it was shipped to Massachusetts. They called the day before to schedule the drop off. Again they arrived on time and very carefully brought the clock into my home and unpacked it, then took all the packing material with them when they left. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

TSI provided incredible service from start to finish. Carol took care of my call by providing exact information about the process, timing and cost. All were accurate and there were no surprises. Pickup was as promised and delivery was likewise as expected. Delivery men were helpful placing the items exactly where we wanted them. We were concerned about a piece of art that was shipped. No problem. it was boxed by the pickup service and delivered in perfect condition. Outstanding service.

I was impressed with Corey and his partner as they delivered and moved in the furniture and put the table back together. My sister was impressed with the movers that picked up the furniture. 2 items, brown protective bags that the dining table leaves were stored in, were not delivered. Corey remembers seeing them in the warehouse, but nobody knew whose they were and what they were. However, it is no longer a problem, because they were delivered on a later truck. I don't really understand why the leaves were ever taken out of the storage bags, because they are for protection, but it doesn't matter now. I'm satisfied, and didn't mark anything being lost for the earlier question on this survey.

Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!
