TSI was absolutely outstanding for my cross country, small move. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Only one plate was broken in the move (and I packed everything, so that was my responsibility). All boxes and one bundle were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend TSI.

Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. Amazing Mattress and Box Spring Experience
I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job. I needed a (sentimental) rocking chair (35 lbs) moved from Baltimore MD to San Diego CA. The sales representative was responsive and informative throughout the transaction.
The movers picked up as scheduled. The movers contacted me within 2 weeks to pick the chair up. Booties and masks were worn when entering my home. I was told that the chair would arrive the first week of December. The chair arrived in San Diego as scheduled. The recipient was notified about 1 week prior with the delivery date. Again professionalism at the top of the scale.
