Super friendly staff, prompt pick-up in Pennsylvania of my mother's grandfather clock, and delivery was within a month in Montana. The key was lost, but lucky me my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. I would use TSI again.

Professional and Organized
I may have had a misunderstanding regarding pick up. I had it in my mind that the driver would help loading from the curb. The initial driver was 8 1/2 months pregnant and could lift nothing. So we had to reschedule for the next day when help could be arranged. However, the delivery was early and all goods were in good shape, so I'm happy.
