Our very expensive leather furniture arrived wrapped in blankets and again in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition. The driver/helper were very professional. They had a difficult driveway at the pick-up location; took it in stride without complaint or extra charges. Communications were very good; when I sent an email asking for an update, I got an informative response. The only downside is the length of time to get the furniture actually picked-up and delivered. I was given an estimate of 2-3 weeks and it took almost 8-weeks for the pick-up and another 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need definite dates, it might be problematic. The uncertainty was explained upfront and for us it wasn't an issue. But with winter/difficult driveway, it could have been a no-go. Also, I thought the cost for extra insurance was a little on the high side.
