Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. I might mention the key got lost in the move; but my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. Very pleased with the entire move and I would use TSI again.

TSI Is Very Reliable
Very good communication with my moving consultant on the front end. He arranged for local vendor to pick up goods as my window for being in LA did not coincide with their regular crew. The local vendor held the goods until TSI’s crew picked them up. Goods arrived week of December 14th in good shape. Very nice guys who delivered goods.

I was shipping some antique family furniture from my Mother's house in Baton Rouge after she passed away over to my house in Colorado Springs. I could not be more happy and pleased that everything arrived in the same condition as they were when picked up. TSI was amazingly helpful. Very reassuring, professional, and responsive. The movers were also very professional, and incomparably better than the movers hired by typical furniture delivery services. The only thing I wish was better is the window for shipment, which is 20 business days, but that was part of the deal, which I understand.

Amazingly Helpful Staff
I had no knowledge of how to transport a Grandfather clock from Iowa to Colorado. TSI could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. From the salesperson on the east coast, to the driver who packed, loaded and delivered the clock to CO, to the delivery guys who brought the clock to my home, everybody was professional, thorough, and kind.
