I work and live in two different states, so I needed to move personal effects, while keeping my home base intact. TSI allowed me to move what I wanted, and charged me by the pound instead of imposing a high mandatory minimum that is imposed by most moving companies. I was able to move all the things I wanted, at a fair price. Priceless!

Moving with TSI was a great experience. They were highly communicative (before pickup and after delivery), on-time, and offered great value. The movers were careful and took pictures of everything before packing it up. Delivery was exactly on schedule. Everyone was respectful and polite. Responsive Service
Very good communication with my moving consultant on the front end. He arranged for local vendor to pick up goods as my window for being in LA did not coincide with their regular crew. The local vendor held the goods until TSI’s crew picked them up. Goods arrived week of December 14th in good shape. Very nice guys who delivered goods.

I've never shipped furniture before, and I was very apprehensive after all the furniture-moving disaster stories I've heard recently. But TSI was easy to work with, very communicative, and did an excellent job.
