Your service was excellent from start to finish, I wasn’t there for the pickup but my Aunt said you did a great job. Your delivery men were very courteous and helpful, they even put padding up in the elevator, which was supposed to have been done by the manager of our building. Excellent From Start to Finish
After a bad experience with another mover, I reached out to TSI. I was provided with a quote and one contact person addressed my questions. I was kept informed and both the people picking up the furniture and delivering the furniture were friendly and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Dining room set was picked up as scheduled and with no problems. Delivery was within the time expected and the delivery personnel were very polite, careful, assembled the table correctly and asked a few times if we needed anything else and if they could do anything else to help. Even all the extra seat cushions arrived in one piece. I'm retired military and our family has moved many times. This shipment was the easiest and best I've seen to date! Thank you very much as my Mother was very proud of this table and she left it to us in her will. Thank you for taking such great care of our memories!

No Disappointment
TSI was absolutely outstanding for my cross country, small move. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Only one plate was broken in the move (and I packed everything, so that was my responsibility). All boxes and one bundle were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend TSI.
