We can move or ship boxes cross country or any distance longer than 100 miles, with delivery within approximately 5 business days depending on the delivery location.

What’s the easiest way to ship boxes?
The easiest way to ship boxes depends on how many boxes you have to ship, their size, and what kind of box shipping company you want to work with.
If you have one or two small, light packages, USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be the easiest option. If you have at least 5 boxes to transport, TSI may be the best box shipping company. With our flat rate box-and-ship program, you have the convenience of having empty boxes shipped to your door for you to pack and label (we even email you the labels to print!). Once the boxes are ready, we pick them up to transport them to your destination. Insurance is included at up to $100 per box, and you don’t even need to leave your home!
How much does it cost to ship a flat rate box?
If you choose TSI as your box shipping company, pricing for flat rate box shipping is based on the number of boxes you need to ship. That’s it! No matter how much it weighs (up to 40 pounds) or where it is going (in the continental US), our flat rate box shipping prices are based on the number of boxes being shipped.

How much can I pack in each box for the flat-rate program?
Each box is 18"x14"x12", and there is a 40-pound weight limit per box. The amount you will be able to fit will vary greatly based on the size and weight of the items. For example, books are much heavier than clothes. Be sure to pack items carefully for transport. You can get some tips here.
What happens if my items get damaged with the box shipping program?
If a box gets damaged during transit, call TSI within 48 hours of delivery to report damages. Please take thorough photos of each side of the damaged box including the shipping label prior to opening the box, as well as photos of the damaged item inside the box once it's opened. You must keep the damaged packaging and item for the duration of a claim as the provider may opt to pick them up for inspection. If items inside are damaged but the box has no damage, items will not be covered, as that results from a packing issue. We may require proof of purchase documentation to confirm the value of the damaged item(s). Each box includes up to $100 of insurance.
How long does it take for boxes to be delivered once they are packed and picked up?
Once we pick up your packed boxes, our flat rate box-and-ship solution usually takes 5 business days or less for delivery. It may vary slightly depending on the delivery location.
Does TSI have solutions for moves with more than boxes?
TSI offers a variety of services to meet all small move needs. In addition to our flat-rate box-and-ship program, we have White Glove Consolidated service that's perfect for moves that include furniture and have flexible time frames. If you have a larger move and/or tight timeframes, we recommend our Full Service Expedited service. This include full pack and unpack as well as insurance.
