TSI offers you two distinct service options: White Glove and Economy. When you choose White Glove service, we handle practically everything for you — all you have to do is pack your small items into boxes. A professional team comes into your home or office and prepares your large goods for transport. At your destination, we unload the truck, bring your items inside, and unwrap them. What could be easier?
If you want to save money, then consider our Economy option. This is a curb-to-curb service, meaning that you wrap, pack, and box your items yourself and bring them to the curb. You may be asked to help the driver load and unload the truck. In exchange for doing some of the work, you save a whole lot of money!

The professionals at TSI can offer expert advice on properly wrapping and packing items so they arrive in the same condition in which they left. We provide instructions to our Connecticut customers on the best way to pack boxes, large furniture pieces, heirlooms, appliances, glass-topped tables, patio furniture, pianos, grandfather clocks, exercise equipment, and much more. We can also help you locate and purchase conventional boxes, mattress boxes, specialty boxes, and moving/packing supplies. Our advice is as near as your phone or computer!

TSI is a less-than-truckload (LTL) company. What does this mean? First, let’s explain what full truckload (FTL) means. An FTL company normally ships or moves goods that take the entire space in their trucks so they charge by the truckload — even if the truck is not full.
When the items you’re shipping or moving do not fill an entire truck, your best option is an LTL company like TSI. With us, you pay only for what you ship, not the cost to use an entire truck. Our minimum weight charge is 100 pounds, which is much less than full truckload companies usually charge. With TSI, you’re not paying for empty room on the truck.
