How does TSI flat rate box shipping work?
It’s easy—all you have to do is tell us how many boxes you are moving. We’ll deliver the boxes and labels right to your door, and once they’re packed, we’ll return to pick them up and deliver them wherever they need to go in the continental United States.
How long does it take?
Your boxes will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Once you pack them, we’ll pick them up in 1-3 business days, and you can expect delivery 3-9 business days after that.

What can I ship with flat rate box shipping?
Our flat rate box shipping service is ideal for any item that is easily boxed, such as:
- Clothing and linens
- Books
- Household goods (non-valuable)
How many boxes can I send?
You need to have at least 5 boxes to qualify for flat rate shipping, and can send up to 15. If you have more than 15 boxes to ship, you need less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. We can help with that too!
How big are the boxes?
All service levels include boxes and labels. Boxes measure 18" x 14" x 12".
Who packs the boxes?
You do! Just let us know when they’re packed, and we’ll come pick them up.
